This gorgeous handmade glass heart is made by Sally Carver and has a beautiful pink colour (from our Sunset on the Ocean range) which is wrapped with real silver wire and encased in sparkling clear glass This heart measures 25mm across and is finished in sterling silver. The heart comes in a lovely red gift box and includes a sterling silver chain in either 16inch length or 18inch length.
